Seek the Lord while He may be found, call upon Him while He is near; let the wicked forsake their way, and the unrighteous their thoughts; let them return to the Lord, that He may have mercy on them, and to our God, for He will abundantly pardon.ISAIAH 55:6-7
Again and again, bring Light to the sidewalk for PP workers, clients, passersby, homeless folks… Bring Our Lord that He may be found!
For My thoughts are not your thoughts, nor are your ways My ways, says the Lord.ISAIAH 55:8
So shall My word be that goes out from My mouth; it shall not return to me empty, but it shall accomplish that which I purpose, and succeed in the thing for which I sent it.ISAIAH 55:11
Have NO anxiety about your own shortcomings! Our Heavenly Father will send you His Spirit. His work can be done through you, if He so desires!
For you shall go out in joy, and be led back in peace….ISAIAH 55:12
You might as well go and read the WHOLE chapter! It’s rich and it speaks to ALL of us!

Stories from the Sidewalk
It was the normal, sorta, kinda, Saturday morning. Year-round advocates David and Joe arrived really early and set things up. Then the first young couple arrived and we attempted to give her help/literature, and without warning she squeezed a whole bottle of water on me. The only words that came to mind were, “Thank you for sharing. God bless you. We’ll pray for you and your baby.” I was actually kinda honored. I’ve thought of us outside PP as being at the foot of the cross at the crucifixion. I thought if they spit on HIM, I could at least tolerate some spring water splashed on me. Because the couple arrived early, the woman had to wait and was sitting just inside the door on the first chair and was watching us. We moved the fetal models to be within in her view and then leaned the “We can help you” sign beside it”. Laura, who just arrived in her wheel chair, took the sign showing an unborn baby in the womb and sat facing her. We prayed for her. Sadly she did not come out.
David was kind enough to take Laura for a hot cup of coffee.
I was then replaced by Sue and Joe, who already had Michelle and Jackie along with Andrew, Bill, and Bill to witness and pray with them. GBYTim
There were escorts this morning as is usual for a Saturday. But we had two lovely ladies from the Quigley prayer group that stood and prayed peacefully, plus several of us were praying and approaching women offering free options and choices as alternatives to abortion.
Andrew, Joe, Bill, Steve, Conrad, Brent, Vince, Ethan were all there, such wonderful examples of good, holy men!! We also had another couple who stood and prayed with us, so Life had a great presence today and many prayers were said!
It was very busy with women going in. So very sad, while the world walks past going to the Pitt/Florida State game.Sue
Not Pictured Vince, Steve and Michele.
Thought our shift was going to be sparse, but a flock of Jesus lovers came to pray and witness for the voiceless.
Feel blessed and inspired to go to battle with them.
Their prayers helped redirect a somewhat disoriented, agitated and confused mother and daughter who passed by a couple of times, but didn’t cross the street to go into PP.
Let’s pray they don’t return, may the Lord’s peace and love overwhelm them.
All glory and praise be to God!!!Joe W.
People entering PP didn’t want any of our support material. Thanks to everybody committed in this effort. I wish all of you a blessed Thanksgiving.Dean
Today we had Dennis join us for a little bit, Jeff, Katie, Seth and me. The first thing we had was a guy who was genuinely asking us for resources and we were able to give him some. We had a few negative comments that we brushed off. A strange drunk man had to get walked away from us thanks to the help of our security. Other than that we had a good day!Billy
