Day 30: Thank you to Lincoln Place Church of the Nazarene, St. Bernard of Clairvaux Parish, and all the many volunteers that came to pray!

KEEP ON KEEPIN’ ON

Our prayer group has been watching The Return of the Gods Uncensored by Jonathan Cahn.

This past week we watched about The Destroyer, Molech.  Molech was the god of child sacrifice, called abomination and name of horror.  Winston Churchill used Molech to describe Adolf Hitler.  It’s easy to see how our nation has turned its back on God.  We are no different than the Israelites.  There are many idols and things that take us away from the one true God.  We are no different.  When God is removed something else takes His place and that’s why we see how our world is rampant with idolatry, sexual perversion and abortion.  We see the chaos and confusion that happens when God is removed. We need the gods of Baal (the possessor), Ishtar (the enchantress) & Molech  (the destroyer) to leave. We are in the situation we are in because the Church has remained silent for too long! We have to be about the great commission that God gave us.  Matthew 28:19 Go therefore and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit. We know that God does not want anyone to perish but all to come to know Him as Lord & Savior. It is so important that all Pastors, Priests, Ministers and faithful believers get off the sidelines and get in the game. We need to be bold and courageous now more than ever. If our Pastor, Priest or Minister is not being true to God’s Word then it is our duty to encourage them to be. Those that lead the flock should be preaching God’s Word & Truth in an uncompromising way wanting to please God and not man. Thank you to all that are faithful and obedient to God! We as the body, the Church, have to know God’s Word and stand firm on it. When we look at things through a Biblical Worldview and not a secular worldview, God will make the truth plain and clear to us and guide us on the right path. Refusing to seek God will result in self deception and self destruction. As you know, the enemy has made abortion a political issue, when in fact it is a Gospel issue. We cannot be about left or right, Democrat or Republican, but RIGHT versus WRONG and GOOD versus EVIL.  Sharing the Gospel and all that Jesus has done in our lives will shine His light brightly in this dark world. And it will change the course of this world and help to build God’s Kingdom here. We need a spiritual awakening and revival like never before seen in our country, our world, and in each and every heart.  May we repent as individuals and a nation and turn back to God. May we truly seek God with our whole heart.

2 Chronicles 7:14 if my people, who are called by my name humble themselves, and pray and seek my face and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven and will forgive their sin and heal their land.

We see judgements and plagues that have come on our land and there is no coincidence with why and where they happened.  The sin of abortion provokes judgement from our Lord. I would encourage you to either read the book The Return of the Gods by Jonathan Cahn, or watch the DVD series. It is very eye-opening, and brings to light the correlation of judgements of 9/11 and Covid and where the epicenter was.

Now we find ourselves in Pennsylvania and awaiting the vote which would make abortion part of our constitution paid for by our taxpayer dollars.  We are in the KEYSTONE state and God has a plan and a purpose for us.  Please continue to pray that God would have mercy on us and spare Pennsylvania and other states that are trying to do the same thing.

Father we come before your throne as your humble servants.  We cry out to you to spare all these little innocent children that are being led to the slaughter at the altar of convenience.  We bind the gods of Baal, Ishtar & Molech that possess, deceive, pervert, kill and destroy all that is right and good and true. We ask for your favor Lord, to your faithful servants standing on the frontline in this battle for life.  May we be about Your business Lord, making disciples and baptizing them.  May we repent and turn from our wicked ways.  May we humble ourselves and seek your face.  And may You forgive our sins and heal our land.  We believe You can do the impossible and change the tide in our country.  Help us to never let up but to KEEP ON KEEPIN’ ON for You and for Your glory.  We ask all this in the MIGHTY NAME OF JESUS, OUR SAVIOR. Amen & Amen

We had a very quiet, uneventful shift. Very few workers went in and no clients! The end even died down! Thanks to God. Praying the rest of the day went as well.

Judy & Marlene 9-11

Today’s shift started with Marlene from St. James, Meredith from Covenant, Matt from New Life Church, Chuck, Lori, Howard, Pastor Joe & Judy from Lincoln Place Nazarene.

It didn’t appear to be an abortion day, not too many people going in.

Only one individual stopped to listen to what we had to offer, but only briefly because she was running late.

Otherwise, we had no confrontations or negative comments by passersby as on other days. And we thank God for that.

An NBC film crew from Washington DC went in with a lot of filming equipment.

What a nice big group we had today.  I am so thankful for Beth Ann, Angi, Matt, Bob, Gerri, Betty, and all of the lovely people from St. Bernard of Clairvaux.

We discovered that an NBC crew had been inside PP to run a story.  They also got footage of us outside.  Unfortunately, it will be difficult to get access to the piece, because it will primarily be made available to NBC affiliates who choose to air it.  So it’s possible that it may be used on our local news, but we don’t know that for sure.

We definitely seemed to be the brunt of a lot of hatred today.  I don’t know what the others who were with me would say, but the hate-filled comments seemed to be hurled more than I’ve seen in a while.  Thank God such things don’t phase most of us.  We are confident in God, and we know that such hatred comes from deep wounds of hurt and anger that the enemy unfortunately likes to utilize.

Pete & Mary 3-5

Very quiet shift, some very positive encouragement from passersby and a good conversation with a young prolife woman who took info to distribute. We prayed the rosary and DM chaplet and were joined for a while by two ladies from St. Mary of Mercy Church. They took some resources to distribute.

  1. During our vigil shift (St Bernard Indiana), we heard a few disparaging remarks and an obscene shout from a few passing vehicles. A number of people (more than I remember from other vigils) gave commented comments (God bless you, Thank you for what you’re doing, etc.) as they walked through. Thanks to all who were there yesterday (and all other days as well).
