Choose this day who you will serve; God or man. God=life, sin=death
God=life, sin=death. Romans 6:23 For the wages of sin is death, but the free gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord. Romans 8:2 For the law of the Spirit of life has set you free in Christ Jesus from the law of sin and death. John 10:10 The thief comes only to steal and kill and destroy. I came that they may have life abundantly. We see a stark contrast in our culture today between right and wrong and good and evil. We see it with our spiritual eyes. God has given us His wisdom to discern the times we are living in. We are in a battle to save souls as we wouldn’t want our worst enemy to end up in hell for eternity. The confusion that is out there is astounding but it should not surprise us because that is what Satan wants. As God’s Word says, he wants to steal, kill and destroy. We see it in the gender confusion that our children are being indoctrinated in schools with this perversion and many times without parental awareness. We see it standing outside of PP, distraught women believing the lie that abortion is their only answer. Proverbs 24:11 Rescue those who are being taken away to death; hold back those who are stumbling to the slaughter. We know this is a spiritual battle and the agenda is to dethrone God and destroy capitalism and bring on marxism, socialism, communism. It is a battle that has been going on since Satan tricked Eve in the garden. Our Pastors are preaching on the book of Revelation. This past Sunday our Pastor defined sin as “the cognitive dissidence against spiritual insanity.” In simpler terms: you can’t think clearly. That about sums everything up. The intentional confusion, propaganda and lies spewed are staggering. The sad part is many are deceived and can’t see it. The blatant lies are:
Lie-there are many genders.
Truth- there are only two genders, So God created and in his own image, in the image of God he created him; male and female he created them. Genesis 1:27
Lie-abortion is healthcare.
Truth– Abortion destroys a life. Healthcare is the art of healing and preserving life.
Lie-separation of church & state.
Truth-the intention was to keep government out of the church, not God out of government.
Lie-abortion is a political issue.
Truth-abortion is a Gospel and moral issue.
Lie-churches will lose their tax exempt status if Pastors/Priests preach about any political issue.
Truth-Pastors should only be concerned about pleasing God and preaching His inerrant Word, uncompromising and unwavering.
Lie-Christians should not be involved in politics
Truth-the reason we are in the situation we are in right now is because many Christians have remained silent and have not been involved.
Jesus was tempted by the devil in the wilderness for 40 days. With every temptation Jesus answered with the Word of God. Matthew 4:3-4 And the tempter came and said to him, “If you are the Son of God, command these stones to become loaves of bread.” But he answered, “It is written, Man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word that comes from the mouth of God.”
God’s Word is the truth and our compass for life. Jesus is our true north. Someone said Bible stands for Basic Instructions Before Leaving Earth. God’s Word is also part of the armor we need for this spiritual battle. It is the Sword of the Spirit because it cuts going in and coming out. The other parts of the armor that we need are the Breastplate of Righteousness, the Belt of Truth, the Shield of Faith, the Shoes Ready with the Gospel of Peace, and the Helmet of Salvation. We equip ourselves with the Armor of God to do battle against the enemy. Ephesians 6:12 For we do not wrestle against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the cosmic powers over this present darkness, against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly places.
The truth will set you free!

We are in the home stretch for our Lenten 40 Days For Life campaign. It’s not too late to join us. It is more important now than ever to be doing God’s work. We are his hands and feet wherever He takes us. May we rise to the occasion and answer the call to be a voice for the voiceless. Abortion is the modern day holocaust. May God have mercy on us and our nation. 2 Chronicles 7:14 if my people who are called by my name humble themselves, and pray and seek my face and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven and will forgive their sin and heal their land.
Father God, we thank you for creating us in your image. We thank you that our identity is found in you. We are your beloved sons and daughters. You are for us so who can be against us. You love all you have created and want all to come to know you as Lord and Savior. Father, many are deceived by the enemy. We humbly ask you to change their hearts, Lord. Only you can change hearts and minds. We ask you to remove the blinders and veils and let us all see and hear what your Spirit is saying to us. Your Word says if we have faith the size of a mustard seed we can move mountains. We speak to the mountain of abortion and say, “Crumble.” We believe abortion will end in Pittsburgh and across our land. We believe that there will be a divine wealth transfer from those who wish to do evil to those who are your faithful people, Lord. We believe that what the enemy is planning will fall back on those who are doing the evil. Just like it happened to Haman when he built the gallows for Mordecai and Haman was actually hung in the gallows he built. We see it and we believe that You are doing a new thing, Lord. We thank you, praise you and give you glory for all the ways You are working and bringing good out of evil. We ask all this in the most precious name of Jesus, our Rock, Redeemer, Defender and Friend on who we can always depend. Amen

Morning shift was a quiet steady downpour. So glad it was warm! Five of us prayed the rosary and divine mercy while offering help to the women and couples that entered. Many workers went in wearing scrubs. The rain reminds me of tears from heaven…such a sad day.
9-11 Judy
Our shift today was filled by Pastor Joe and Judy, Lori, and Chuck from Lincoln Place Nazarene; Meredith from Covenant, and Karen from Cross Pointe. We were joined by Tiffany, an SA from Covenant OPC in Grove City. We were joined by Hannah from Most Precious Blood, and Mike and Bonnie from St. Michael.
The good news is: when we stepped out of the car to start our shift, it stopped raining. Which was completely opposite the weather report. So God trumped the weather report. YAY! HALLELUJAH!
The bad news is there was steady traffic into PP. Definitely no one was interested in information from us. It was a tough crowd! So we continue to pray that God softens hearts and gives people ears to hear His voice.

I am always surprised when the homily from the daily Mass I attend plays a role in the atmosphere of the shift taken at PP. The priest spoke about all of the current events that we have to affirm in today’s society to be accepted. Later he followed this by saying we do not have to accept all of the nuances, but we do have to pray and love all of God’s people. That way, we can truly be “other Christs” to the world.
Today was noisy, rainy and full of people – people who wanted their gender choices acknowledged and who screamed about displayed models sourced from young rape victims. What were we going to do about it? This “in your face” mentality was countered by our same weekly stance…we will pray for you, and that is what we did.
Does God want us to answer all of these attacks with words? I think he knows when we need to speak and he leads us when we need to pray. And…we will always pray for a change of heart for society and for the girls entering the clinic.
Thanks to Pastor Matt, Mayim, Beth, Angi, Nancy, Craig, Dennis, Bill, Bob, Walt and Dick for standing and praying today!

It was three of us praying during the last shift of today. The weather was nice and warm. Although rainy, it was kind of pretty. We had many positive comments from passersby and one or two negative. It was a blessing to be there to pray for those who lost their lives there today.
